Pricing.

All prices should be displayed in your local currency but if you have any issues with this, please make us aware and we will see what we can do to assist you. All prices are shown without sales tax and without transportation cost. These prices will be determined at the checkout if/when required. Wholesale delivery prices will be determined after the order has been placed to ensure the price is accurate. 

Payment And Ownership Of Goods.

Goods remain property of TC Designs until paid for in full.

Cancellation.

You have the right to cancel your order so long as it has not been shipped. To cancel your order please contact us through our chat box in the bottom right corner of the website.

Warranty and Repair.

If you suspect your product has factory defects, you must contact us  or a local dealer within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange for the faulty product to be repaired at your local dealer or we will replace the faulty products. DO NOT attempt the repair yourself as this will be classed as tampering and you will no longer be covered by warranty.  We may give you instructions on how to fix the issue yourself if we feel it can be done and this will not affect your warranty. 

Website Accuracy.

We work extremely hard to ensure our website is as accurate as possible to ensure stock levels/images are correct. If you wish to contact us before placing your order to confirm our stock levels, you can do so through our chat box in the bottom right corner of our website.
